There are numerous services rendered by the Kashim Ibrahim Library through its different divisions and units, as well as the several Satellite Libraries under it, scattered across the Campuses. More importantly, there is a Customer Services Division (CSD) that is dedicated to attending to staff, students' and other customers' requests, and ensures speedy and effective clearance of members of the university community before disengagement from the institution, and registers new library users admitted into the university.
